The most important element is building a strong foundation of safety and trust. From there, based on your needs and goals, I draw on a variety of approaches for treating trauma including, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and attachment theory to name a few. Trauma processing helps your mind, body, and emotions find a state of safety and security. Your experience and what you want from this process will guide the work.
