About Me

Having studied English literature and psychology at the undergraduate level, gone on to graduate training in psychology, and worked in a past life as a bookseller, I’ve long been fascinated by the ways stories, those we create for ourselves and those imposed upon us, shape our perspectives, values, and sense of self. This belief in the power of narrative runs throughout the way I work.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me spending as much time as possible with the people I love, walking, eating, and talking. When I’m not connecting to friends and loved ones, I’m recharging my social battery and connecting back with myself by reading, watching a good show, or cooking with music on in the background.
