Depression disconnects us from ourselves, from our wants and needs, and leaves us feeling stuck and isolated.

We may struggle with intense feelings of shame, hopelessness, and worthlessness, and may seek relief in ways that are both helpful and unhelpful. I aim to meet my clients where they are at in this struggle, grapple with the emotional weight of depression, process through those difficult feelings, and work toward reconnecting with what gives your life meaning and joy.
